Hardcover. Charles Scribners Sons, 1972. In very good condition, a very light mark on outside bottom boards from DJ getting wet. DJ is good, some light soiling and some crinkling where about an inch of it got wet. Sketches by the author, maps by Mark Lennox. General Marshall has visited the sites of the principal battlefields of the 25 year long war and has pieced together from the geography and the oft-conflicting battle reports a realistic account of what probably did happen.
